Great, I love this example because you also use “even” bicycles, which I think was a previous video (right?). I would just say, “…and that would make transportation in the city a breeze.” I would do that because when you say, “The transit card could work…” it sounds like you are proposing an idea. If so, that’s the conditional, so you’d need the conditional at the end of the sentence too.
