Yes – most of the time, it’s the positive way, but sometimes it can have both meanings.

This worries me too. My kids are still young, but I’m already thinking about these challenges. Do you have any advice on this?

I see now! They take advantage of the protections against discipline at home.

Yes, that is precisely what I wanted to express. Thanks Huy. I live in Canada, and here, the law makes it difficult to discipline our children because school teachers tell kids that if they feel that they are assaulted in any way, they can report to their parents. And it would be fine if they always did an investigation of the real facts of the stories that kids tell. In most cases, parents only want to discipline their children. I must clarify that discipline doesn’t mean phisical or psychological abuse because that is the other face of the coin, and I am not agree with that.

That’s amazing – sounds like Mexico City, too. I need to take better advantage of the resources for the time I’m living here.

This is perfect. In the second sentence, you can say, “It will save them time and money when they get to college.”

However, since I’m here, I try to take advantage of the unique opportunities the city offers. For instance, I go to the theater at least once a week.

It will reduce money and time during the college period.

There are two ways to go here:

1. “Customer success intends to help them make the most of the functionality.” – I think this is what you mean to say.
2. “Customer success intends to help them take advantage of the functionality.” – That also works

You don’t want to say “make” someone “take advantage” … “make” is too strong of a word here. Help is better.

But the idea is right that customer success tries to help customers take advantage of what they’re paying for.
