The mother, who has three young kids, is always busy in the morning. She has to get many things ready for her kids all at once.

This is great. Just one small tip – In this case, we would say “get” a headache. “Sometimes I get a headache when I need to do several tasks at once.”

Another tip with “headache” is to flip it around with the word “give”: “Doing several tasks at once gives me a headache.”
