When it comes to customer service, chat and phone calls have a completely different cadence. An agent can handle one phone call at a time, but the same agent can chat with more than one customer at once.

This is great. Just one small tip – In this case, we would say “get” a headache. “Sometimes I get a headache when I need to do several tasks at once.”

Another tip with “headache” is to flip it around with the word “give”: “Doing several tasks at once gives me a headache.”
