In reply to Hana. I was there in 2012 and would like to see it again. Barcelona would not be my primary destination again, but maybe I can swing a day or two there if I'm elsewhere in Spain.

I was in Barcelona 10 years ago and I was thrilled by all Gaudi’s buildings, the Sagrada Familia especially. ( I red, that people love them or hate them, nothing between it. I’m definitely in the first group).
After listening to this episode I feel like visiting the Sagrada Familia again, it would be comletely new experience. And maybe after 20 years again.

The lesson of Sagrada Familia helped me see the creativity in catholic architecture. This reminds me of ancient pagodas in VN, which also express faith and art through every detail of the carvings. As a result, I realized that regardless of culture, people always try to express spirituality and aesthetics in their creations.
