No, most people in Vietnam do not receive a lot of mail on a regular basis. The postal service in Vietnam is not as efficient as in some other countries.

Perfect! Do most people get a lot of mail in Vietnam? There’s tons of postal mail in the US, but now that I am in Mexico, I find that people rarely send things in the mail here
