Perfect use of “in-depth.” I would offer a few suggestions –

“…even if these are bad ones…” – you can say, “even if they are negative.”

“…what we should have to do…” you can just say, “…what we have to do…” or “…what we could do to improve our services.”

Great example – you can say, “He passed the exam” or “He got a passing score on the exam” but “only after in-depth studying” is correct.
