Great example – just add one little word: “…after their separation.” or “…after the separation.”

“Uncontrolled quitting” – a good phrase for this would be “mass exodus.” Second, I don’t think “preferred” is the right word here. I would say, “Management decided to keep…” But this is a good sentence, “In order to prevent a mass exodus, management decided to keep employees in the dark about the company’s financial problems.”

Great example. Instead of “your rights”, it might be better to say, “…their rights.” Contracts are “long”, not large. Small edit to the end: “…don’t have time to read them when they make a purchase.”
