Ha – well that is true, and that is a literal use of “in the best possible light.”

A few things here –

1. “describe” implies words, not a drawing or illustration or design. Typically, the publishers don’t describe the book on the cover page, but on the flap or inside the front cover.
2. You need an object after “describe in the best possible light”- so, “The publishers describe the book in the best possible light…”
3. “for the facilitation of the sale” is probably not needed here

You could do one of two things. You can say, “The publishers describe the book in the best possible light to hook readers and get them interested in the story.” Or you can say, “The publishers design a cover to present the book in the best possible light and catch the reader’s eye.”

Perfect example! I remember visiting in 2013 and the line for the Picasso museum was several hours long. Las Ramblas was just packed with visitors. I did have a nice time, but I could definitely see how this would be way too much for anyone living there. I lived in New York City, which obviously gets a lot of visitors, but there’s the hotel and transportation infrastructure and plenty to do.
