This is right. A few things, though. “Utopia” doesn’t need the word “far” because it already implies a long way from current reality. You can say:

The idea that there would be no war in Ukraine or in the Gaza Strip would be utopia, imagine that.

In Brazil we have a similar expression, but only used by São Paulo’s people. It’s is: “Imagina!”
