You might also say, “In my office, I hook my computer up to an external monitor.” That is a more common way of saying the same thing.

I think you mean “chargers.” You could say, “I have many cellphone chargers in different parts of my house.” You can say “hookup” if it’s something more permanent. You could say, “I have cable hookups in the bedrooms, living room, and basement.” Those are things that can’t move around.
