Great use of “hand in hand.”

“…the second album of the first” doesn’t sound quite right here. I would maybe say, “…to finish Ultraviolence, Lana del Rey’s second album.”

Perfect. A tip for you: when you want to turn a verb (action) into a noun (thing), use -ing at the end of it. So, you can say: “Saving money and good financial education…”. But hand in hand is perfect.

Since I am a clinical practitioner, I need to work hand in hand with the radiology team to get the best results possible.

This is a great use of hand-in-hand. The only thing is that they are not really working “for” the storm. You can say, “working hand in hand to prepare for the storm” or “…to help residents recover from the storm.”
