Yeah, you put an ‘s after an x in a proper name, so you can say Netflix’s plans. That’s probably the best answer, a shared e-mail address. Also, you can say, “ease the burden a little” instead of “ease a little the burden.”

It’s not perfect, but it would ease a little the burden on the accountholder’s shoulders.

Also: When I say ” Netflix plans” should I put ” ‘s” after Netflix, like ” Netflix’s plans” ?
