Great examples … couple tips.

If you name the foods, you can say “X goes well with Y”. However, if you are talking more generally, you can say “go well together.” For example, “I should talk about some Brazilian foods that go well together.” You say that because you have not yet said what the foods are. However, you can say “Ice cream goes well with a spoon of Strega” because you are naming the foods.

Second tip, you want to say “go well with each other”.

Now I’m curious about Strega. Do you have it in any other contexts or only with ice cream?

They go well each other. Strega is an aromatic liquor that boost ice cream taste. Irresistible!

Any examples from where you live, Luiz? Are there any regional restaurant chains that are popular in just one region? In our last call, the general opinion was that in Brazil when restaurant chains become popular, they spread to the whole country rather than stay in just one region.
