Perfect! Just say, “sometimes I give in” if it’s an ongoing habit.

Great example! With “harmful”, we use the preposition “to” – “I know cigarettes are harmful to my health, but I gave in and smoked one last weekend.”

Great example! Often we say “give in” + “and” + “verb” like this:

“She gave in and saw her boyfriend again, although she knew it was a dead-end relationship.”

Also, “dead-end relationship” is a very good term – good job

Great example! I am 100 percent in agreement. A few small wording changes for you:

“After lunch is a very good time to take a nap, but sometimes it’s not possible because of work. However, there are days when this nap is essential. So, I give in and rest for a little while.”
