“sphere” is not really a common word here. You could probably say the same thing without “in most spheres”: “Today, you might need special software to fine-tune business processes, and that software may be pretty expensive.”

Great example – You can say either “the way” or “how” but not both. I would use “the way” here: “…look up to bakers and the way they fine-tune the food…”

“Bakery” is what we call the store. “Bakers” are the people.
