Yes! In fact, I remember your first video. I think you have much more confidence in the recent videos. You are getting the main idea of all these expressions and lessons. When you write sentences, the point is very clear and I would have no trouble understanding what you mean. The edits I send are just small things around the margins. You’ll want to get prepositions right, but this is just about practice. The idea isn’t perfection, just repetition, practice, observation, listening. Keep up the great work.

Not really. “Figure out” implies an active action, you take an action to figure something out. But “find out” can be more passive. Something can come into your consciousness or knowledge, without your active participation. Also, you can “find out” a piece of information, but “figure out” is about resolving a problem.

For example: “I just found out the party was postponed until tomorrow” – I didn’t take any action, but the information arrived and now I know it
And: “I figured out how we can have the party within our budget” – I took an action to solve a problem
