Good example – I wouldn’t say, “weekly works”, maybe “weekly tasks” – otherwise this is great

‘Creep closer’ is a good expression to explain the difference between ‘important and urgent’. When you need to do something and the deadline is far off this is ‘important’. But the deadline is creeping closer day by day and when it’s very close this becomes ‘urgent’.
