In reply to EVERSON ZIN. "Come to pass" means "happen," so you would not say a pandemic happens when people get a vaccine. You might say that "herd immunity will come to pass" once 70% of the population is vaccinated.

The vaccine to figth COVID 19 is effective in 85% the population. Resourchers tell, when 70% or more of the population recieve this vaccine, the pandemic finnally come to pass.

I think trash is a big problem worlwide. The population is increasingly producing more trash. The oceans are dirty, the air polution is real. Pretty soon the problem will be bigger and what will come pass?
