ah interesting … I never thought of curry as a Japanese food before. I always associate it with Thailand or India

Yet, curry is without a doubt as popular as Sushi or it is more popular than Sushi, because it’s cheaper and anyone can cook it at home. It’s just like kebab is German’s favorite, and American loves pizza. (Note: Japanese curry is said to be British style, though I am not sure what British style curry exactly is.)

Thank you, I rewrote: Who are the great presidents? Barak Obama comes to mind.

Perfect example of “come to mind.” Out of those, I’ll pass on the herring, but I would try the mashed potatoes with kale!

So…. you would use “come to mind” with an example of something, not with the correct answer. In the sentence you wrote, Barak Obama is the only correct answer. Instead, you’ll want to use this with examples where there are many correct or potentially acceptable answers. You could say, “Who are the great presidents? Barak Obama comes to mind.” That works because it is one example of several possibilities.

Great example! You would not need to say “topics,” you can just say, “When it comes to generative AI, Microsoft and Nvidia come to mind.” Or, “When it comes to leading companies in generative AI, Microsoft…” Otherwise – great example!
