In reply to EVERSON ZIN. I'm not sure that "burn off" works here. It might be more natural to say you're "burning up" this year if you mean to say that it's really hot.

The summer is end in one month, and im burn off about the hot temperature this year, specially i need to use air conditioning every day.

In reply to Eugene. This works ... I would say "stimulates" doesn't sound exactly right, here. I know you mean that taking public transit usually involves walking a bit more than driving. I think the more natural way to say it would be, "...but also helps people to burn off extra calories." And by the way, that was also a perfect use of "not only...but".
