To have good mental health we need to use our brain with useful things like reading books, studying another language, having a social life, etc. In my opinion these are the building blocks of good mental health.

Although “plaintiffs” is literally “queixosos” in Portuguese, from a juridic perspective, the best translation would be “Autores” or “querelantes”.
