Great example; unfortunate topic. Just a few tweaks for you:

1. Again: You should say “COVID-19 broke out again” or say “The fourth wave of COVID-19 broke out.” I’m assuming the “fourth wave” is arriving for the first time, so you don’t say “again.”
2. “It is the highest number of COVID-19 cases since it broke out in 2020.”
3. I think you mean the vaccination rate is “not sufficient” or “not that high”.

Unfortunately, we have over 1200 conformed cases yesterday. It is the highest number of COVID-19 since it broke up in 2020. The vaccination rate is not that satisfied in my country as well. I am concerned about the whole situation.
