Two things – 1) “bear” is already a verb, so you don’t need “have.” Second, you need an object after “bear resemblance” you need to say, “bear resemblance to” + something else. In the case of two people who look alike, you can say, “My granddaughters bear a strong resemblance to each other and some people ask if they are twins.” In this case, “to each other” would be the object.
