This is great! In this case, I would say, “…if you don’t think about the social…” instead of “worry.”

At first glance, wind energy is a good option for changing energy sources, but if you don’t worry about the social and environmental impacts, you could create serious problems for the people where the wind turbines will be installed.

Good example – that works as is, but it would be more common to say, “…the rain would be heavier.”
