Fantastic, minor little change. Say, “..Just to not disappoint the others on the team.” “Teammates” is usually reserved for sports or similar game-style teams.

Good example. I would make a few edits. You can just say, “above and beyond their duties.” Instead of, “the first thing should be that…” you can say, “they first should make sure that every member of the team is motivated and has the necessary skills to perform their duties.”

This was a hard sentence! Nice job

Great example! Above and beyond is correct; “thanks to” is also good here. Couple notes:

1. I would say, “I’ve finally been promoted” or “I finally got a promotion”
2. Instead of, “received more salary,” I’d say, I’ve finally gotten a raise or I’ve finally made more money.
3. “Lost time” is what you might say if it happened accidentally or if you had no choice in the matter. If you purposely choose to work more, you might say, “I’ve given up time with my sons” or, “I haven’t been able to spend as much time with my sons as I’d like.”

Thanks to this i’ve finally got promoted and received more sarary, but i have lost time to spend with my sons.

This might work, depending on what you mean to say. I think the most common thing would be to say, “He went above and beyond to achieve his goal.” This means he gave extra effort so that he could achieve his goal. However, imagine the person is a salesman and he has a monthly goal of sales to hit. Let’s say he needs to make 30 sales per month, one per day. If he hits 45 sales that month, he went above and beyond his goal (of 30).

I am with her, too. I don’t think it’s necessary to have all the performative busywork to attract attention. And different people will keep different hours, and some days you’ll be “on” and other days, you won’t be. But purposely doing less and trying to hide it isn’t good for either side (or as you mentioned) the coworkers. You can say, “I hope my boss sees that my work goes above and beyond what I need to do to get my raise.”
